Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-value coaching experiences. Due to the time, energy, and preparation invested in each session, our refund policy is as follows:
Coaching Policies
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a package has been purchased.
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice.
If you are unsatisfied after your first session, you may request a refund for the remaining sessions with 48 hours notice of that first session
Single Sessions
Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
No refunds for missed sessions without prior notice.
No Shows
If a client does not show up for a session without notice, the session is considered used and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Exceptional Circumstances
Life happens. If there is a serious emergency, we'll consider refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis.
